: How do I get to the Signature MGM Grand?

Answer:
  • DIRECTIONS - To the Towers at The Signature MGM Grand
From McCarran Intl Airport
  • Exit the airport North towards Wright Bros. Ln.
  • Turn slight right onto Swenson St.
  • Turn left onto. E. Tropicana Ave.
  • Turn right onto Koval Ln.
  • Turn left onto Harmon Ave.
  • Turn left into The Signature at MGM Grand.  
          From Interstate 15
  • Exit 1-15 and head east onto E. Tropicana Ave.
  • Cross Las Vegas Boulevard and turn left onto Koval Ln.
  • Turn left onto Harmon Ave.
  • Turn left into The Signature at MGM Grand.

Question: What additional fees or taxes are there in this booking and what can I expect at checkout?

Answer: There are no additional fees or taxes for the reservation. You will only have to pay a $25 admin fee at checkout, which I will subtract from your total bill. This $25 is MGM's fee for checkin/checkout/lobby/concierge/bell desk/valet/hotel like services provided to you during your stay. You will only be responsible for any personal incidentals which you may have charged to your room/credit card, such as in-suite meals or movies.

Question: How do you accept payment?

Answer: Payment is NOT processed on this website. I use paypal. I do not see your credit card information and I am charged the processing fee, not you. You will simply receive an email invoice with a link to make the payment on paypal. We answer many inquiries on any given day and to be fair to all guests, we simply confirm booking once we have received payment. Without payment, we cannot hold the unit for you. 

Question: What is your deposit/refund policy?

Answer: If your booking is more than 2 months in advance and if you prefer to put down a deposit, I will accept 1/3 as deposit, fully refundable (minus any applicable paypal fees) as long as you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. All bookings within 2 months away require the full payment. After receiving the deposit, we will update our online booking spreadsheet so that we cannot book those dates. The balance is due approximately 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. After the balance is paid, the reservation will be made under your name and the reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email. Any cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to your arrival will result in no refunds being made. Please understand that this is due to the difficulty in confirming bookings without time in advance. All negotiated prices are final. We will not change the price whether the rates go up or down at a later date.

Question: How can I confirm my reservation?

Answer: After full payment is made for your booking, your reservation will be setup and your confirmation information will be sent to you by email along with a short welcome letter which will have instructions on how to verify your reservation with the MGM if you'd like. The welcome letter will also have contact information in case you need to contact me directly for any issues.

: Do I need to bring a credit card?

Answer: Yes, you will need to bring a credit card as the MGM will put it on your reservation so that you may charge purchases to your room/card.

Question: When are the check-in and check-out times?

Answer: Check in is at 3:00pm. Please understand that it takes time for our housekeeping staff to prepare and clean the rooms. Checkout must be by 11:00am. Please understand and respect the agreed upon times to be fair to the other guests, our housekeeping staff and the owners who are trying to coordinate and meet everyone's schedules. If you arrive early, you can have the bell desk hold your luggage at no extra charge until you are ready to check in.

Question: What do I do when I get to the Signature?

Answer: When you arrive in your particular Signature Tower lobby, just check in under your name and they will provide you a key to my room for the duration of your stay. Please bring a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation. It is also important that the name on the reservation is the person who will be checking in first.

: How does the Housekeeping services work when I rent through SignatureStay?

Answer: I will cover the checkout clean and generally may offer mid stay cleans for stays 7 days or longer. Any additional housekeeping is totally optional and at an extra cost. I use "U got it Maid" services (Contact Maggie at 702 449-7733 or 702 715-4540) and there should be a flier in my unit should you need them. They do a fantastic job. If I'm staying a few days, I do not use daily housekeeping, but just bring things like shampoo & soap and conserve on the towel use. There will be bathroom amenities and 4-6 sets of bath towels in the room when you arrive - look under the bathroom sinks for the extra towels.

Question: What can I expect to find in the room?

Answer: There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a dinner set. There is also a hair dryer, coffee maker and ironing board/iron.

Question: What is the size of the pull-out sofa?

Answer: The pull-out sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. The extra blankets and pillows are in the closet.

Question: Is Internet access available in the room and how much does it cost?

Answer: Hi-speed internet access is available in-suite at no extra cost throughout your entire stay. If you are planning to use wired internet, you should bring a lan cable segment.

Question: Can I use the MGM facilities?

Answer: As a guest at the Signature MGM, you will have access to all Signature facilities as well as the MGM facilities like the MGM pool. The Signature facilities such as the pools, fitness center, restaurants, etc are not available to the MGM Hotel guests.

Question: Is there a fitness center that I can use as a guest of the Signature?

Answer: There are two fitness centers at the Signature available to you as a guest at no charge. The last time I checked, they both have free bottled water available to you as well.

Question: Where can I get a daily newspaper?

Answer: You should be able to get the daily newspaper at the Bell Hop Service Desk.

Question: Is there a place to hold my luggage before I check in?

Answer: The Bell Hop Service Desk will be able to hold your luggage and bring them to your room when you have checked in.

Question: How far are the Signature Towers from the strip?

Answer: The Signature Towers are all connected to each other and also connected to the MGM Hotel and Casino which is directly located on the Las Vegas Blvd at the intersection of Tropicana and Las Vegas Blvd, next to New York New York, The Excalibur and Tropicana Hotels. 

Question: Where can I park my car?

Answer: As a guest at the Signature MGM, you will have 24 hour complimentary valet parking service available to you. This is the only parking option you have but it is very convenient and puts you right at the Hotel lobby.

Question: Are the Signature Towers connected to the MGM Casino?

Answer: Yes, the Signature Towers are all connected to each other and also connected to the MGM Casino. There are also people movers as you near the MGM Casino/Dining/Shopping area.

Question: What are the Signature Towers units?

Answer: The Signature Towers operate as a AAA 4-star rated hotel, but the rooms are actually luxury condo units owned by individuals or businesses. The owners pay Shared Component Costs/HOA and can rent them individually or through 3rd party companies or the MGM Rental Program. The owners can also choose to live in them or simply use them for vacation homes.
